This plant is designed for the automatic feeding of hot mixer.
600 liters hot mixer for the production of foamed PVC compound as well as feeding of one co-extruder for foamed panels.
The system consists of following main sections.
Receiving hopper for PVC resin in 25kg bags and big bags.
Chemical additives storage and dosing, six hoppers are provided.
Centralized de-dusting plant:
Automatic weighing of chemical additives. 50 kg for 2 big additive, 50 kg for 4 small additive and 15 kg for 2 liquid weighing.
Pneumatic feeding of PVC scale.
Automatic weighing of PVC resin.    250 kg capacity.
Cassette feeder for the pre-weighed additives packed in plastic bags.
Dry blend buffer tank and pneumatic conveying of the dry blend to the daily silo.
