The pre counted cup stacks are pushed into the packer and forwarded via a pneumatic driven swivel into the buffer. When the chosen number of stacks as per packing sample has been reached, the whole layer is pushed by means of the second swivel into the lift. During the return stroke the swivel is lifted in order to feed the next stack into the buffer at the same time.  Afterwards the lift moves pneumatically activated into the carton. By opening the blind, the lift is emptied into the carton.  The full carton is pushed out and an empty carton is fetched from the waiting position. Feeding and unloading of the cartons to/from the machine has to be done manually, as well as the placing of the liner into the carton.
The packer can be designed to feed the stacks from left or right and parallel or crossways to the packer. The unit is built on a welded frame and covered by acrylic glass. The handling is carried out via a 5,7" Siemens display.
